　　判断疾病状态下体内血小板破坏程度的指标。
　　酶联免疫法测定。GMP-140存在于血小板α颗粒膜，溶酶体和血管内皮细胞Weiber-Palade体。血浆GMP-140存在血小板以外的来源，在分析结果时应考虑到血管内皮细胞受损伤的因素。
　　1.浓稀释液，浓洗涤液常有结晶析出，应注意充分溶解。
　　2.不能采用EDTA-Na2以外的抗凝剂，否则血小析被激活，血小板中的GMP-140会释放到血浆，引起假性升高。
　　3.采血过程应严格，仔细，避免血小板被激活。
　　4.采血后应尽快分离血浆，避免血小板被激活。
