　　PF3是指血小板在活化过程中膜表面暴露的磷脂酰丝氨酸，是结合活化凝血因子，加速凝血活酶生成的关键因素。用凝固法测定PF3有效性方法简便，但由于检测结果变异较大，凝固法测定PF3的方法已较少应用。
