  本试验可对血红蛋白肽链异常做出初步判断,比一般的醋纤膜电泳敏感,但应进一步进行血红蛋白一级结构的分析,才能进行异常血红蛋白的确诊。试验要求条件较高,操作繁琐,一般实验室多用醋纤膜电泳进行初步筛检。\\

  肝素抗凝全血标本。将样品按0.5–1 mg/mL加样品溶解液,溶解后,将其转移到带塞的小离心管中,轻轻盖上盖子(不要塞紧,以免加热时迸出),在100℃沸水浴中加热3min,取出冷却后加样。样品中应含一定浓度的蔗糖溶液,目的是用以防止样品因对流而被稀释。 \\
