1.正常人血浆氨基酸浓度呈昼夜性波动，以早晨8～10时为高峰，午夜为低谷。抽血测定时，要避免食物消化吸收后的影响，应在清晨空腹采血为好。\\
2.若标本溶血不宜采用，否则可导致测定结果假性升高。
　　人体血浆氨基酸浓度一天之内变异可达30%，清晨最低，下午最高，应定时采集患者血样，此外要避免食物消化吸收后的影响，宜采集清晨空腹血。标本溶血时，红细胞内氨基酸可进入血浆，导致假阳性增高，要尽量避免。
