用供体淋巴细胞检测受体血清中HLA。供受者间HLA型别匹配程度决定了器官移植成功以否,HLA型别不符是宿主抗移植物急性排斥反应的重要原因。淋巴细胞毒交叉配合试验<10%或为阴性才能施行肾移植。若高于15%,移植后可能出现超急性排斥反应。
