  血浆鱼精蛋白副凝固试验(简称3P试验)及乙醇胶试验这是反映血浆内可溶性纤维蛋白复合体的一种试验。当血管内凝血时,FDP与纤维蛋白的单体结合形成可溶性复合物,不能被凝血酶凝固。鱼精蛋白可使复合物分离,重新析出纤维蛋白单体。结果发生纤维蛋白单体及FDP的自我聚合,形成肉眼可见的絮状沉淀,称为副凝固试验。乙醇胶试验与3P试验的原理相同。\\

阳性:弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)。50%的乙醇能分离FM与FDP所形成的复合物,分离后的FM可自行聚集形成冻胶状凝固或蛋白丝。其诊断意义与3P试验相同,但阳性率低于3P试验、特异性高于3P试验。DIC时,在1min内即可出现凝胶形成,而原发性纤维蛋白溶解时则呈阴性。
